In addition to the question that your good, smart friend Neeraj asked, I would ask this.

"What can you do that nobody else can? Do that first, and consider setting some of the other things aside."

Jeremy, your scope and platform for your role AND The Sanctuary is increasing. As it grows, you can't just keep adding more and more to the plate and try to keep up. It might be time to evaluate what you can stop doing so that the things that you keep doing, you're doing well.

You know it, I don't have to say it... "Do less to accomplish more."

That being said, I know there are seasons where nothing can be put down. I'll be praying for clarity as you evaluate and process with your leaders and peers about what you (and The Sanctuary) needs to "give up to go up".

Pulling for you.

Jeremy,

Love your heart and honesty. I know the feeling that comes with too many irons in the fire. You have your passion areas and then you have all that other stuff that needs to get done.

Only recently have things calmed down here to where we are benefiting from an awesome, competent and dedicated staffing structure, good leadership, fun projects and a more rosy looking future.

All I can say is stay strong and keep leading well. Time will work things out. Keep putting the structure you dreamed up in front of the leadership and it will eventually be a reality.

Can't wait to connect again soon.
